Gail Anderson, MD

Dr. Anderson is board certified in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She grew up in Anne Arundel County and received her Bachelor's Degree from The Johns Hopkins University. She then received her Master's Degree in Pathology from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She worked as a physician's assistant for several years at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan before attending medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. After receiving her MD from Wayne State, Dr. Anderson completed a five year residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Pennsylvania. She opened Chesapeake Otolaryngology Associates in 2001. She presently serves as the treasurer for the Bowie Medical Society and Vice-President of the medical staff of the Dimensions Surgery Center. Dr. Anderson lives in Calvert County with her 3 children.
